Jameka Hill is the Director of Advocacy and Clinical Trial Diversity at Moderna. Within this role she is incorporating the patient voice and perspective into protocol designs and recruitment approaches, developing ongoing patient advocacy and community health partnerships with organizations working to meet the needs of underserved populations, and embedding into Moderna’s operating model initiatives to ensure traditionally underrepresented racial, ethnic and other minority groups are included in clinical research.

For the past 2 decades Jameka has focused exclusively on improving access to clinical trials as a therapeutic option for underserved communities and vulnerable populations. She is a strong community engagement advocate with extensive experience working with research sites and pharmaceutical organizations to solve clinical trial enrollment and retention challenges. Prior to joining Moderna, Jameka held several senior positions for Takeda and Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES). Jameka completed her B.S. degree at the University of California, Berkeley in 2001.
