Hayden Majajas

Head of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Hayden Majajas is the Head of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Takeda. He is a seasoned DE&I executive with experience managing a wide range of global initiatives and strategies and a background in developing, creating and implementing people-oriented DE&I strategic plans that are both commercial- and results-driven.

Prior to joining Takeda, Hayden was Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton). In this role he designed and implemented LVMH’s first global DE&I strategy, built governance mechanisms and committees to drive accountability, and ensured commitment to measurable key performance indicators.

Prior to LVMH, Hayden led DE&I for industry-leading companies, including PayPal, Bloomberg, BP, UBS, Nomura and Lehman Brothers—and his work has been recognized by organizations worldwide.
Hayden received his BA in modern Asia studies and graduate diploma in Asian languages from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, and his MA from Chuo University Graduate School of Law in Tokyo.
Hayden is an active philanthropist and community leader. He serves as honorary trustee of The Women’s Foundation, in Hong Kong, and was a member of its Board of Governors from 2012 to 2015. As a member of the LGBTQI+ community, Hayden volunteers across the globe with various non-profits that champion equality.
Hayden is currently based in Singapore.
