Fay is the Director, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and is responsible for designing, developing and overseeing Daiichi Sankyo Inc.’s (DSI) I&D strategy, initiatives and programs. In this role she works together with business leaders and colleagues to further build a culture of inclusion, belonging and equity for all DSI employees. 
Prior to joining DSI, Fay was with Prudential Financial in the role of Director, Inclusion & Diversity and was responsible for leading, developing, and executing the enterprise wide I&D strategy, managing over 25 strategic diversity partners, building innovative programs and initiatives to drive inclusion, and ensuring diverse talent is represented among employees, suppliers and customers. Together with the business, she developed actionable plans to help bolster diverse pipelining, established brand recognition in diverse communities, and built sustained partnerships that moved inclusion and diversity programs forward. With deep knowledge in talent practices that foster inclusion and build a diverse workforce, Fay led the development of a comprehensive diverse talent strategy, establishing metrics and accountability for measuring progress against the company’s key goals. Fay has also been instrumental in supporting the 8 Business Resource Groups at Prudential and was an active member of the executive diversity council.

Fay has over 15 years of I&D experience and a deep passion and commitment to driving true change and results in the inclusion and equity space.

Fay often references one of her favorite quotes when reflecting on her work, which is, “Someone said if you are working on a challenge that can be solved in your lifetime, you’re thinking too small.” Fay envisions a world where inequality no longer exists, where marginalized communities realize their full potential and diverse leadership is no longer underrepresented. In her current role, she feels that at the intersection of pharmaceutical breakthroughs and inclusion, we can all get closer to changing people’s lives for the better and Fay is proud to dedicate her life’s work to meeting these challenges.

Fay graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Science, Human Resource Management from St. Joseph’s University. She lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband and three beautiful sons.
